The Customer Service Center's goal is to quickly and accurately answer your questions about the Wake County Public School System. If you cannot find the answers to a question on this Website or in our printed materials, calling or visiting the Customer Service center and working with our trained, friendly customer service representatives is the next step.

Walk-In
The Wake County Public School System Customer Service Center is located on the ground floor of the Crossroads I building at 5625 Dillard Drive in Cary.
Upon entering the building, a visitor is expected to sign in with the security guard and he will direct you to the center.
A friendly, helpful concierge will assist you with documents, forms, maps and general information about the school system. Available forms include: job applications, transfer request forms, newcomer packets and many more.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is open from 8 a.m to 5 p.m Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Help For Non-English Speakers
A Spanish language specialist is available to assist non-English speakers.
Additional Responsibilities
Additional services include employment verifications, data collection and mailroom oversight.
