The mission of the WCPSS Grants Administration and Compliance Reporting Office is to secure public and private funding through formula and competitive grant opportunities in ways that are consistent with school district priorities, applicable regulations, and relevant research findings. The office identifies grant funding opportunities, communicates information about these to central office and school-based personnel, assists individuals with preparing grant applications, and tracks the administration of grants that are awarded. The office also conducts numerous staff development grant training programs, and coordinates the School Grants Contact program that provides a linkage between the office and individual schools.
