All students registered in the Wake County Public School System will automatically be given access to the Internet and E-mail.

Parents have the option of denying their child's access to the Internet and/or prohibiting them from obtaining an e-mail account. To exercise this option, the Parental Request to Deny Access form must be completed and returned to the child's school.

All modifications on a school campus need a Facility Modification Form submitted to the Facility Planning Department for review and approval, before
proceeding with the work. Regardless of funding source, (e.g. PTA, a corporate sponsor, a grant, school budget, or funding through WCPSS Parent Volunteer Matching Grant Funds) a form must be submitted. Form includes a detailed explanation of when it is required.

Parents and/or parent groups may apply to perform a specific maintenance project at any school. Applications which include requests for funding will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Funds requested of the school system must not exceed one dollar for each dollar in cash or in the value of donated goods and services provided by the school, or $10,000, whichever is less.

To appeal, you must complete this form and return it to the principal of the school which issued the suspension. The principal will notify you when the hearing date and time has been established with the Office of Student Due Process & Policy.

If the application requests your suspension history you must complete and submit this document. You must also: (1) inform the school/colleges/universities or businesses that requests for verification must be submitted to the Student Due Process, not your high school and (2) provide them with the Student Due Process fax number and address.

Drivers' Awareness Record	Acrobat	8 KB	The Drivers' Awareness Record is available to be used to complete pertinent medical and/or physical information helpful to the driver. The information required can be completed by a classroom teacher or a parent and should be done only for those students with special medical or physical needs. The form will be readily accessible in the bus or contract vehicle should there be an emergency and will not be removed from the vehicle. Identified students who transfer to another bus or school should have their form sent to the receiving driver or school.

Volunteer

Due to problems caused by the submission of incomplete or incorrectly filled out forms, the school volunteer forms are no longer available online. Please contact your school to apply to be a volunteer.
