Ligon Middle Closed Monday, Sept. 8th
Due to a power line failure related to Tropical Storm Hanna, Ligon Middle School will be closed on Monday, Sept. 8th. We anticipate power will be restored and that Ligon will open on its normal schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 9th.
Free Seminar Shows Elementary Parents How to Help Their Children Improve At Math
Mastering math is not just a classroom skill, it's a life skill. Parents in Wake County can learn what they can do to help their elementary age children become strong math students, thanks to a special event scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 11 from 7-9 p.m. in the Leesville Road High School auditorium. The event is free, but due to limited seating, online registration is required.
