Welcome to Maintenance & Operations
The Maintenance & Operations department is part of the WCPSS Auxiliary Services Division. Our staff takes pride in the work they do, because we know that ultimately what we do on a daily basis impacts the learning experience of current and future students. So much is at stake for our children. Our staff uses this sense of responsibility to mold the Department's attitude, direction, and values.
The Maintenance and Operations can be broken down into four sub-departments: Environmental and Grounds, Custodial Services, Energy and Physical Plant, and Regional Maintenance. Please take a moment to review our website to learn more about us.

Schools need to continue to call 911 for emergencies such as a fire.
The M&O Customer Service line 856-8120 is manned 24/7 to address urgent facility needs of the schools and administrative sites. This one call option allows M&O to address facility issues and frees up school administrators to allow them to concentrate on Learning and Teaching. Schools enter non-urgent work orders in Maximo but can call M&O Customer Service to get an update on a work order. All urgent requests need to be called into M&O Customer Service immediately so that they can be addressed. Urgent issues include power outages, building temperature issues, no hot water in cafeteria, security system issues, inoperable elevator or wheelchair lift, etc.
