Real Estate Services

The projected increase in the number of school age children in Wake County over the next decade underscores a present need to develop more schools. Real Estate Services is responsible for real estate acquisition, management and related matters in support of Facilities Design and Construction.

From site selection and land acquisition, to contracts with property owners and joint use agreements with municipalities, to management of property and coordination among other relevant departments within the school system, Real Estate Services strives to meet the school system's real estate needs.
