Description
The International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme emphasizes academic challenges, international understanding, community service, and mental and physical well-being. The PYP programme seeks to develop the total child by addressing intellectual, social, physical, emotional and cultural needs. The curriculum framework includes five essential elements - concepts, actions, skills, knowledge, attitudes.
Farmington Woods Prospective International Baccalaureate Elementary School, through comprehensive and balanced curricula, will enable all members of the school community to reach their fullest potential as creative, compassionate, responsible, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners.
